The daily recommended dosage for CoQ10 has not yet been established. Generally, the manufacturers recommend dosages that can range between 22mg up to 400mg depending on what CoQ10 is taken for.

In studies, it seems that dosages that range between 22mg-200mg per day would be the appropriate and approximate proper dosage for CoQ10.

This supplement is fat soluble and absorbs better when taken with foods that contain fats or oils. It is best to take it with the biggest meal of the day.
